“Hi, I really enjoyed the training package it was easy to follow and I liked the format. I managed to complete the training and successfully completed the multiple choice questions in one sitting. Thank you NCASS!”

“I really liked the format and on the whole experienced very few problems with the technology. The detail felt right and the modules were a good length. Thank you! I was able to complete in my own time which was a real bonus”

“NCASS has enabled me to renew my Level 2 Food Hygiene and complete my first Level 3 Food Hygiene in my home environment and at my own pace which was amazing. “Not sure 'happy' is the right word! Very long winded having to wait for each slide to finish before we could 'move on' and press continue. Would be better to let people move on at their own pace. We read the slides far more quickly! Far more involved than we need to make the occasional cookie/pizza with school children!”
