“It was very easy to follow and I liked the fact I could do it at home in my own time. Also being able to stop and restart it when I had time to do a bit was really useful. Very educational and a must for anyone working with food”

“It is a comprehensive course covering all required aspects of hygiene , some which weren't applicable to us a chocolatiers. The slide show was quite slow which made the course time consuming, however it was good to be able to access this on line.”
