“I enjoy the online training and the ability to complete a module at a time. I did find some of the questions misleading in the exam. For example question 44 asks 'is the role of the enforcement officer to solely enforce the Law? Or do they give advice on regulations to comply with and promote health and safety also?' The option to answer is yes or no. I couldn't work out if I was answering the first question or the second question as I believe they both give a different answer.”
