“It was a great course, in fact it was so good, it has helped me to plan, how to transport my goods to market, at the right temperature's, and how to maintain those temperatures. This course taught me so much, and it gave me so much information, which will guide me on the path, I need to take my product to market. I highly recommend this course. Thank You NCASS”

“I signed up for the Level 2 training today, and I have just taken the test, and I am delighted to say that I have passed! I am very happy with the course: it is clear, well structured and coherent. I was able to log off and then log back on again with no difficulty whatsoever. the programme runs smoothly. My husband is going to take it at the weekend!!”

“it was quick intensive and straight to the main points that I needed to known, i need to recess my food hygiene knowledge because my last one was out of date so replaced it within a week with the Ncass level 3 course”

“The training is good but the software has bugs. It regularly (in all three qualifications I've done so far), crashes at the end of a module, leading to it starting again. This a massive pain, as to just 'click-through' can take 20 minutes in some cases.”
