The area needs to be larger in order to read without having to move up and down every slide. This is monotonous and distracting. There isn't a huge amount of text and it could easily fit into one static slide at a time.

The content and explanations of the course are very good. But it got stuck in some levels and I had to repeat the level from the beginning.

The Covid 19 test is too vague and repetitive. It’s wooly and below standard The test questions are too open for misinterpretation in an area that is already unclear in the public and business arenas. Rewrite with clear subheadings for guidance and testing 1. Personal safety a. Importance of masks in the work place b. Safe use of shared equipment c. Understanding social distancing i. Indoors ii. Outdoors d. Hand sanitiser – when to use – frequency 2. Safety of co-workers a. Your impact on them i. Share equipment use ii. Cleanliness of individual workstations 3. Customer safety a. Clear communication / signage of how your individual business works b. Importance of signage for shared facilities i. Toilets ii. Payment points iii. Order points iv. You should produce a set of NCASS signage for members to use so that customers get used to one set of signage – the “highway code” of catering – downloadable and free. 4. Track and trace options a. Enforcement b. Options available 5. Virus danger points a. Staineless steel surfaces b. Handles / knobs c. You raise this area all through your slides and the test doesn’t refer to it 6. Deliveries a. Be specific or don’t raise it and make it a confusing area, certainly don’t test on it when the information you are giving doesn’t sit with the Gov guidelines – if you are going to test on it – test on specifics – plastics vs cardboard b. To suggest a quarantine area for deliveries of 3 days? The course is not structured – it is far too repetitive and the test answers are far too subjective It needs a re-write, and given the frequency of change at them moment this could be seen as a great update from NCASS

Some of the questions asked for at least 4 answers but if you chose more than the system wouldn't function. Some multi choice answers were slightly ambiguous and some were completely insane! I am a retired teacher and even the one question I got wrong was so ambiguous that even I found it difficult as it had been mentioned that it could be a measure but didn't score on the test as one.

Like all the courses, i do find them quite slow

The training is very informative and simple to understand but unfortunately for some reason most pages on each module didn’t upload correctly many time showing blank pages. I got stuck so many time while swapping from a page to another in all the 8 modules. The red “help button” at the top doesn’t work at all! Very frustrating.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and have a chat about your experience. Please be assured that we are investigating the tech-issues that you had with the training, but it was great to hear that the course content itself was good quality. Many thanks for your time and feedback- Alex at NCASS.

On several occasions I had to redo certain modules as it hadn't accepted that I had! There were also occasions when however hard I tired, it would not allow me to put in any answer.

It was a good training course but was not very attentive to all learners. I think it would have benefited from opinional videos or pod casts in my opinion.

training is dated, repetitive, and often irrelevant. also shocked at having 10 hours of material that only features white men in high ranking positions.

I have used better online training. Not very interesting.

Atleast 10% of the slides would load with no text or images on them and it would take on average 20-30 seconds for the next slide to load meaning 10 minutes of watching a loading icon per each section. Im sure it wasnt an internet connection issue on my end as all other websites worked fine..

The actual training is OK, but try emailing anyone here and all emails are blocked. The certificates issued look amateurish and the photos so distorted (even when sent to their specifications) that I swing between laughing and being pretty annoyed (as I will not put this certificate up with such a poor photo). So - training OK, follow up certificate - go elsewhere if that's what you need.

The actual course covered everything very well - just what I was looking for. BUT at the end it said "certificate processing" but nothing happened. And I thought that "Course Notes" would give me a summary of main points but screen went blank. If I could access course notes and get a certificate would get 5 stars.

Slides get stuck too often and the course needs proof reading as some sections of the course mini tests dont read correctly and sections of the actual test are poorly and incorrectly worded.

I found the slide presentation very clunky, it did not give the option to move on when you had read the information and subsequently was much more time consuming than necessary.
