“The course was informative and we'll run, although I did have some technical issues these were dealt with promptly including a phone call from the training team to apologise for the issue, which is something not many companies do anymore,”

“One answer wasn't clear more than one choice was needed and all relevant should have been asked for , The module one question one the wording for it threw me but other than that not to bad .”

“Simple and easy to navigate through the website. The only problem I experienced was the screens freezing. I would like to suggest the course notes are more visible on the website. As this would have been beneficial to me before the course start.”
