I buy Naturo dog food in bulk direct on subscription, this works well but i find they ship too many boxes together which means they're too heavy to carry. while i accept this helps cost-wise it's neither practical or safe in my opinion having suffered back problems from picking these boxes up. Also recently i noticed two batches of the lamb with rice seem to have been possibly overcooked, arriving very hard and dry in comparison usual product. In addition, occasionally a package will arrive with a broken seal which i have to throw away for safety reasons. Generally, this is a good product that my dog likes and tolerates well but i wonder about quality control and commitment to the brand sometimes.
