The product is good. Delivery is poor. The whole point of a subscription is that it is convenient and arrives monthly on time so that you don't have to worry about running out. The last delivery took 11 days from order date to delivery date. I ran out of dog food and had to do an emergency buy of another brand from the corner shop. And every tin in the 12 pack had a dent which wasn't caused in the delivery process.

Great product and our dog loves it, however the delivery service is not great. Took 11 days to be delivered. Sadly shopping locally in future. Let me know when your delivery improves.

The product itself is fine but the delivery service has declined significantly, we get notification our subscription is generated and then it would be 2days max 3 before it was with us, seems a lot longer now and hard to plan for

Good quality food however over the last month deliveries have been taking much longer than anticipated. This means I have had to start looking for alternatives as I can’t purchase locally. If the issues continue I will have to switch to a different brand.

Paid £8 for delivery and waited 9 days. This is not good enough. Very disappointed

Our recent experience dealing with customer services has been somewhat disappointing! We unfortunately went to change some items via subscribe, but it wouldn’t allow us and as consequence had to cancel this subscription and reopen a new one. Between doing this, somehow Naturo took two payments for £120.00 each when I’d cancelled the one? On contacting customer services, I explained the situation and they said they would check the issue and resolve it. Two days later, I got a email stating my original order had be shipped, and I thought this was being cancelled?? On ringing up customer services I was informed that she had taken the previous day off and would arrange a refund which would take between 7 to 10 days to hit my bank account? The food I didn’t want has since turned up and has been sent back??? Not a great experience dealing in this matter - disappointed and no mention of good will gesture which you would expect from a reputable company. Seriously considering cancelling this product and going to another competitor as important when things go wrong, it’s acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner and to the clients satisfaction.

My dogs love it the delivery is very good and reliable but I have to wear a mask 😷 when they sit on my lap

Every month i only get half my order and then have to wait a week and thrn i get mt second half of thr order because you ship my food in multiple boxes, if you just get a bigger box and put all 3 in 1 box then that eliminates the problem. Very poor really as i ran out of dog food on previous occasions. I shouldn't be running out of dog food when i pay for the correct amount every month. Ship the items together not separately

For the most part it’s great. But my subscription orders arrive with multiple damaged boxes in each order, either punctured trays or swollen trays, which I cannot use and must discard. For every order I lose about 3-4 trays of food but the complains process on your website is so labour intensive to report these issues.

Food is great but the last to deliveries I have had many the outside tins have had big dents in them and not just one or two, this months came with 4 or 5 in each pack!!

Both my dogs have allergies so finding food the can both eat is a challenge. They love this food. The biggest issue I have is the packaging. I’ve been shopping with Naturo for a number of years and complained to customer services about tins arriving dented and the packaging beaten up. They always say they will talk to the courier. The courier is not the issue it’s the inadequate packaging. Flimsy cardboard that rips because it’s not designed for the size and shape of the contents. No reinforcement around the carrying handles. I get 6 boxes (216 tins) a month and without fail at least 1 tin will be open on arrival every time. But for the packaging this review would be 5 stars

The actual food is great and I have it on repeat order I just have a major problem with the lack of packaging for my cans of dog food - it isn't the courier as on the last lot I had the tape over the open seam of the box wasn't even on the seam and the box was only being kept closed by sheer luck and the other box was badly damaged. It's not a problem but it does mean that a lot of the tins are dented.

The dog food itself is excellent and my 15 year old collie loves it. However the delivery is not great. Everything occasion I have placed an order I have received damaged boxes and the cans almost all dented. Hence the 3 stars. Not sure if it needs Naturo or DPD addressing this as it is poor

Hi sadly the delivery was left in the rain for a couple of days which ruined the dry food I did ask to delay the delivery as I had to go away unexpectedly but I was told it couldn’t be delayed

Our two dogs always enjoy their Naturo meals. We have the order on subscription and can rely on it being delivered on time every 60 days. Unfortunately, the delivery we have just had was more damaged than usual, meaning the things have been difficult to open and have required using tin openers as the ring pulls have snapped when opening.

The food is great and our dog really loves it. However I am concerned about the ordering service as it seems to take ages before the food is despatched. I updated my subscription in order to receive the food within a shorter period and it took at least another 2 weeks before we were told the order was on its way. Is there anyway it could be quicker?

Bit of a mixed review. We have bought this dog food in supermarket and our 2 Border Terriers love it. They have CECS so are on a gluten grain free diet and this food is perfect for them. 😊 Now the not so good...We set up a monthly subscription order nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven't received our order. We did this to obviously save money but also for the convenience of not having to go to supermarket for it. Unfortunately as it has been nearly 2 weeks we have had to shop! Might have to go back to "the drawing board" to find a good food with a reliable subscription/delivery service.☹️
