“This is not a criticism regarding naturo as such it’s more their carrier company DPD. I have been waiting 2weeks for the delivery, DPD maintain they have the incorrect address but naturo say it is correct! Still no delivery and having to pay £1.80 a tin at local supermarket. Not great.”

“I can't prpve it, but my dog likes this stuff too much, almost like a sugar addiction, and the sheen off the food also looks like a sugary gravy. I'd feel a lot more comfortable with ingredients and nutritional informal provided fully, as for human food, so I can see if the amounts are reasonable and healthy.”

“I think I would be happy if all of my order had arrived and still not knowing when the rest of the order will be delivered. Disappointed when I contacted Naturo and I was told it all left them ! So basically it’s not their problem.”

“The food is good, however, 5 tins arrived with tin knocked open during delivery and food in the tin became mouldy. Waiting for reply from Naturo to solve this.”

“I bought some senior pet food, around the edges of the tray there was a rim of darker food, it appears that the seal on the pack was leaking. some of the food was mouldy. I did make a complaint but got very little response. Batch numbers given of all products related to complaint.”

“The pet food is fine, however the service of the company is not. Took a long time to deliver, which is ok if you are aware when you order but no mention is made about delays until 2 or 3 days after you order. I receved an email apologising for a delay due to staff shortage. So if I order again it would have to be 14 days before needed to be safe of not running out. (Which we did so had to find alternate in supermarket).”

“Food good, but bad service, ordered 48 tins of dog food, 48 sachets turned up, different to the tinned stuff and not what I wanted. Next order was made 10 days ago, still not arrived. Your staff don’t seem to be too bothered about sorting the issue for me, blaming it on DPD. Won’t order from you again.”

“For around 2 months both dogs getting stomach pain and diarrhea after eating Naturo food :( We using you for a long time and we never had this problem before. For two months parcels are coming destroyed and cans inside are open.”

“The food is great and the ordering process ok and I would have rated 5 stars until I tried a subscription order. That was a disaster in every respect. My order date was apparently on a NI bank holiday. Also part of my order was unavailable due to manufacturing of the product being discontinued. This caused a large number of interactions between me and the company before the order was completed. Including a webchat which was able to be started despite the factory being closed for the bank holiday! I will go back to normal orders as the subscription process is supposed to save me time but actually wastes it”

“No issue with the pet food. Just would not order from the company again Driver left parcel outside front door. Luckily it was still there when we returned home. Took 7 days to arrive after I had paid £7 delivery -too expensive for the service received”
