I love the fact my dog can get low fat food ,however, you only do it in one flavour, no variety which makes me want to look elsewhere unfortunately

Very poor customer service, it’s taken me a week to get an answer from a delivery I received that is wrong. The food is great quality but their customer service could be more attentive

Item missing and was crossed out on the packing note. No explanation though either on the note or via an email, but still charged! Can't fault the food but customer service isn't the best sadly.

I have recently ordered from you. My dog really liked it but the following day she had a very bad stomach. Also she was scratching for the next couple of days. She wouldn’t eat at all for 2 days. I’m so sorry but I think she is allergic to it. I’m keeping it and I will try her again in a few days tine.

Dog food arrived within three working days via DPD. No tracking email confirmation though so it was lucky someone was in to receive the order.

Not at all impressed. Twenty out of thirty six cans are battered and dented to the point of not being able to open them. Outside packaging was untouched but all cans were packed with dents facing inside so once wrapped in plastic they all looked good. Very disappointed

Ordered tins and trays 33 in total, when I opened the delivery box next day one pack of trays where all stuck together as one or two had leaked and where smelly, this was the salmon packs. Took photos and notified company, did receive a quick reply that they would let me know after a investigation had taken place, after 3 weeks still investigating so will give up now waiting for outcome. I always support GB companies first and foremost, this was a first and last order. LN

My pet didn't like the food at all. Also, he started itching post we switched to this food.

My dog likes the food however my order all arrived damaged with dents. It took them over two weeks to investigate and then just blamed the courier company saying all perfect when the order left them. Over 20 cans I ordered all have dents and damaged. I was offered a small gesture of goodwill but is not acceptable from start to finish.

I have been using Naturo for years now - since they were at Sainsbury's, then ordering form northern Ireland. Something changed, maybe manufacturer. all of the flavours are now full of bone requiring me to 'mush up' the food so cats don't get it stuck between their teeth. It even smells different. Only reason for 2 stars is that cats love food (all food, including boiled broccoli) and would eat anything. I think it is time for me to search for better quality food. Disappointed!

My two pups really seemed to enjoy it at first but after about a week they stopped eating it and now will (and have) go hungry rather than eat it, so now I am left with two and a half full boxes of it.

I'm sorry to have to give you a bad review, but my cats don't want to eat what I bought from you, and I bought a lot. I can't tell why they don't want it. I chose your company because of the recyclable packaging too, but I think it would be better to use metal than plastic for the containers of food.

My first order came with a couple of split trays so had salmon meat leaking all over the hallway and other boxes. 2 were not fit to feed my dog. And had several dented tins of meat. Contacted the customer services, they just wanted to see evidence of it. Was given an apology and that was it. No offer of refund on the wasted food. Money down the drain. Don't think i will order again.
