They have changed the ingredients of light chicken, rice and veg meat. Now says crude protein and other changes to rice content. Image on internet shows packaging same as I had previously ordered! Thought I was going to get same as before. .

Approx 3 weeks ago my wife reported that we had opened a mouldy tub of wet food which was reported to yourselves and you apologised, but again today we opened 2 tubs which again were mouldy my wife rang your office at 1645 and was told that Michelle would ring back. Buthe nobody rang back this is totally disgusting that we have now found 3 mouldy tubs of wet dog food, therefore we cannot take the chance of making our 2 dogs Ill because of mouldy food especially when the due date was July 2019

I love the variety of flavours of food for my fur baby. Although we live in the highlands of Scotland and you don’t ship to there, I’ve had to order to a family member and had them courier it up to me. A bit of messing about! Please charge shipping to Scotland and send it!

Delivery was before scheduled and my dog enjoys the product but I won’t be ordering online again as most ot the tins were damaged, in particular the ones in the middle in the tray, as though they were purposely hidden. Not just a little dint in the tin, properly damaged.

The product is great but delivery is a real issue. I placed a large order as we were going away but only received half of my order plus someone else's order. I contacted the company who were very slow to respond. I had to keep chasing it up myself. Finally told my order would definitely be delivered yesterday. It has not arrived and my email was bounced back with an out of office reply. It is now nearly two weeks since ordering and I only have half of my order.

We ran out of our dogs usual natural dog food and so we thought we'd give this a go as it was available in our nearest supermarket. We tried a box of 4 different flavours but neither of our dogs would go anywhere near it - even after leaving it down all day without giving them anything else to eat. Sorry, but it didnt work for us.

First time I have ordered from you directly. Disappointingly, the wrong product was sent and I went into Tesco last night and they are selling it cheaper ☹️ The food itself is good and my dog loves it.

Received incorrect packs of treats required for a Christmas event taking place 3 days from now and despite my correspondence nobody from the appropriate department has acknowledged the error and advised when / if it will be rectified.
