Pre-ordered a Winkowski deck which was due to be released on 28-02-24. It came two weeks later due to global shipping delays. I have no problem with the delay but there was no heads up email from Native. Only communication I had was when I enquired about the matter on two occasions. I previously enquired about a Jeron Wilson deck which they said they were getting in and they would contact me. I never heard from them and later found through a Google search they had the deck and was sold out by that time. Although Native prices on their products are really well priced I think their communication is poor. Sorry guys.
