Hello Maria, We are very sorry the warehouse crossed over the Honey Huf Caps. Our stock control is very good here usually (see our positive reviews), I can assure you this was a one off Human error. Best Regards David

“I spent over £250, most of the sticker which i know come with the products i bought werent in my parcel and having spent over £250 i didnt even receive next day delivery for free which i can get from most other websites”

Hello, I have had a word with the warehouse regarding the Real sticker from the board. They did include our sticker pack we send as standard with all parcels.Your order was shipped for Free on a next day service. All UK orders over £80 are shipped for Free on a next day service with Interlink. Best Regards David

“I purchased an item from the Palace Skateboards x Adidas release (the towel), and it arrived covered in gross crusty white stains. Customer service has been slow to offer any kind of solution to this problem, though I'm still holding out hope that they find a way to correct this.”
