“So I brought a deck through here and send two address to the worker since it can't be shipped to the P O Box address. However, the worker somehow mixed the two address together, making it an address that doesn't exist. Now it's missing. It takes them a long time to contact me and it went on so slow. It's almost been a week now and the worker still didn't really help me. I don't want to be mean but this is really how my experience is....”

“Generally good service and I am happy with the product I ordered. However I wasn't home at the start of the time frame they had told me to expect the package to arive in and the box was simply on the doorstep when I got home. Hence 4 star instead of 5”

“I was hesitant to buy at first as I’d never heard of the brand before everything arrived in perfect condition and in good time and with some really nice stickers for free, I would defiantly use again. The one thing that did make me worry was that at the point of purchase there was not even an estimate for how long the package would take to arrive just an email saying something to the effect of ‘we will let you know when we send it’ which made me uneasy and I did have a few days of wondering if I was ever going to hear from the company again, however if that issue is resolved then no complaints at all”
