“I did not collect the item because import taxes, amount of which I did not know, were very high. Almost like skateboarding. When the board returns to the sender, I kindly ask for a refund for this reason. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks. Best ragards, Andrea”

“Pre-ordered a Winkowski deck which was due to be released on 28-02-24. It came two weeks later due to global shipping delays. I have no problem with the delay but there was no heads up email from Native. Only communication I had was when I enquired about the matter on two occasions. I previously enquired about a Jeron Wilson deck which they said they were getting in and they would contact me. I never heard from them and later found through a Google search they had the deck and was sold out by that time. Although Native prices on their products are really well priced I think their communication is poor. Sorry guys.”

“I procured a really nice shaped deck from Native, as well as two sets of rails. Love the deck shape, which was excellently gripped with Jessop tape by the staff at Native. I'm really stoked about it. Would recommend 100%. Buy Native!”
