“It’s just water! Here is email to the company, it’s a sufficient review. 'Hello, I recently spoke with one of your colleagues regarding a set of windows they would be cleaning at Century Wharf Cardiff Bay, John R. I asked if my property 3 below would be impacted and would my beige fabric privacy screens be impacted at all. I was assured there would be no impact whatsoever everything was perfectly fine. I wake up this morning and find my entire balcony is saturated. All my soft finishes are soaked and a £200 pair of linen curtains is saturated by this dirty water. Your John’s answer was ‘it’s only water’. It’s only dirty water John. And I am not happy because you told me they would not be a problem. My windows are filthy as a result, I keep mine clean and they need redoing. I should imagine all the windows between mine and those John cleaned need redoing. Please advise, thank you.'”

“Great service, patio pressure wash and 3-bed window clear. Communication with Stella beforehand was excellent, 'welcome pack' really informative and Lee was thorough, professional and helpful. Can't fault the results - I had no idea the patio was that colour under all the lichen and grot :)”

“I’ve had my first window clean this week and the service was excellent. My windows were very dirty and after one clean, they are already sparkly. For the quality of work and time spent cleaning the windows, the price is very reasonable. Customer service was both professional and friendly.”
