“Not entirely happy -only here about 10 minutes and the porch side windows weren’t clean”

“John has a very pleasant manner always Very reliable with his e mails to let us know when he is coming . He does a very good clean job of the windows .i would certainly recommend him to anybody , which I have done in the past and they have all been pleased 😁 with his work . CF3 0DS”

“Expensive for what it is. The previous company did a far better job. These two were very fast, did not clean the windowsills at all, I had to do it myself. Disappointed.”

“It's a good service, unfortunately they did not done a perfect job, I was expecting a better cleaning. they just washed the window glasses, no wiping and they left half a window dirty. Hope they will do it better next time.”

“I have used MWC for some years but since their cleaners changed from using ladders to pumped brushes I am not so happy with the results as I feel the amount of water used which is not wiped away does not give as good a finish as working from a ladder and is detrimental to my (wooden) window frames. I have no complaints otherwise.”

“I scored 3 stars as although my windows were cleaned to a very good standard, they did not stick to their agreement of 4 weeks clean. 6-7 weeks was the norm. They have now passed my contract to another company who so far have cleaned on the 4 week. Excuses made were The Beast from the East, too hot, lack of cleaners....I was on the look out for another company, so I'm happy that I was transferred to another company.”
