“Windows still dirty Guttering not cleaned in places Bit of window sill dislodged Some windows were open, never asked to close them, they were just slammed shut. Made us jump ! Not the best experience.”

“washed the glass but they were left with spots of water, plus the frames and the sills were not wiped clean. Unfortunately they do not wipe off the drips and clean the frames. You are quite expensive for an incomplete job. Most W/Cleaners use a ladder, cloths etc. I will pay you for this month and cancel my agreement with you. Disappointed.”

Each van set up is highly sophisticated (each van set up costs around £30,000). The way we clean means that windows and frames must be allowed to dry naturally. This results in a crystal clear finish free from smears. This cleaning method is now the main method adopted by window cleaners in the window cleaning industry in the UK and across the world. When we spoke to you, we were delighted to hear that your windows and frames dried without marks. We respect that do not like the idea of the windows and frames being left wet so therefore we understand the Reach and Wash system is not your preferred cleaning method for the future. “Nearly a year of different window cleaners most of which have been substandard. I have been with your company for nearly 20 years and have recommended you to several new customers who at first were very pleased with your service, particularly when Cezar was cleaning. But I have to say that I am now getting a little tired of trying out new window cleaners. Putting up the prices in the current situation does seem to have added insult to injury. We'll just have to see what happens on the next clean.”
