“Very poor ( 9 days) delivery service from the supplier. Product case looked well battered on delivery but the contents were safe due to the manufacturer using a heavy duty plastic sleeve. The Mattress is good. A high quality design that produces excellent results. It improves your sleep pattern and reduces or removes backache, neck and shoulder pain. One needs to get the relationship right between the Top Up Mattress, Sheets and Duvet right to gain most satisfaction.”
