“Bought the small double mattress topper at 5cm thickness to go in our campervan on top of an existing folding mattress that had lost its foam structure. Made sleeping in the campervan much more comfortable and got a good night sleep. The bamboo material also makes it a more sustainable material option which fits with our environmental ethics. However we did find it difficult to fold up with the camper rock and roll bed with mattress on top so have to remove each time. Takes up room in the van, but is light to carry and rolls up easily, just not in a compact way. If the mattress came with a bag or rolls case to help compact to be smaller and protect on journeys, then this would be great. As well as the option for a darker colour e.g grey rather than white which can show stains easily.”

“Bought this topper to go on top of new mattress that was too hard for me. I have arthritis in my hips and very painful in bed. Wasn't sure about this topper at first with it being memory foam and turning over in bed. I didn't think if made any difference at first but I decided to give it a bit longer. I'm glad I did because if has certainly seems to have sorted my hip pain out and back pain. I would advise that if you don't think it's for you, give it a longer trial.”

“Jury still out! Have previous experience of a Panda topper on our spare bed and was always impressed how soft it felt. Have now bought the hybrid mattress topper for our main bed and so far the jury is out. It’s very firm but hoping it will soften. Thankful for the 100 day trial if needed. That gave us confidence to try this! Quality is excellent, it’s quite high so gives a decent lift to our existing mattress. Time will tell!”

“Bought 2 hybrid pillows. One for my son. Arrived beautifully packaged. Not comfortable for a few nights so reverted to previous pillow. Couldn’t sleep, so obviously just needed to get used to panda pillow. Fine now, except I can’t get rid of the strange smell. I’ve aired them but it hasn’t dissipated. Only seen one review mentioning this, so if anyone has an answer how to cure it please post. Have other panda products. Never been disappointed 🌟”

“Never heard of this till appeared on QVC. Been struggling with my pillow so bought the memory foam pillow which was a QVC todays special value. It arrived 9 days later & is nice & firm. My only quibbles are that A) it does have a smell to it, so I am airing it before using it, B) it is a very tight squeeze to get my Egyptian cotton pillowcase over it. Guessing I will have to buy Panda pillowcases!!”

To help with your quibbles, that initial "new product" scent is completely normal and harmless; it will fully dissipate after a few days of airing out.
