“Very comfortable topper”

“Recently bought a panda bamboo mattress topper. It arrived quickly, and was well packed. Fitted on to mattress easily and fitted sheet still OK over both. Slight smell initially but now gone after a couple of days and mattress topper has plumped up as instructions advised. Has softened sleeping as mattress was a bit too firm for my back problems. Very happy so far. Registering for guarantee on website straightforward.”

“Our mattress is fantastic, everything as stated in the website. Delivery was definitely below expected standards. It arrived 1 1/5 hours late, forgivable probably due to traffic, but no apology received from the delivery man. At first the box was dumped in our hallway, not where you want a mattress! They did move it into the bedroom, but then just left, leaving us to unpack and place the mattress, and dispose of plastic packaging and a huge cardboard box!”

“Well packaged and swift delivery, with easy to follow instructions. Product is well designed and easy to install. I like the use of recycled card for the instructions, however the choice of a small black font, on green background, on brown card does not make it easy to read some entries. Initial feedback is that it is comfortable and inviting, with a good sleep experience. However, it does not go right to the edges of the mattress and I have found myself, on the edge of the mattress instead of the topper on occasion. We have only had the topper for a few days, and will need to use it for an extended period of time, before we are able to give a robust opinion, but we are hopeful that we will not be disappointed.”
