“Great heater Quick delivery”

“I ordered the heater directly from Mylek on a Wednesday and selected delivery to my work address because their next-day delivery service suited my needs. I had already arranged for an electrician to install the heater on the Saturday. Unfortunately, the heater did not arrive on the Thursday as expected. When I contacted Mylek, they apologised and arranged for another heater to be sent to my home address for delivery on Saturday. However, this delivery also failed to arrive. I was then assured that it would be delivered on Monday, but again it did not arrive. In the end, I had to wait until the following Wednesday, a full week after placing the order, before the heater was finally delivered to my home address. To add to the confusion, another heater arrived at my work address on the following Monday, 12 days after the original order had been placed. As it was no longer required, this unit was subsequently collected. I have to say that the overall experience was very disappointing. While the office staff were helpful throughout, this did not compensate for the missed installation appointment, the cost of the electrician I had arranged, or the considerable amount of time I spent chasing updates and deliveries.”

“We are delighted with our Hot Water Urn and doing exactly what we needed it to do :). Unfortunately, the only thing that let you down was the courier service that you used and it took several attempts to get it delivered and your company basically told us you didn't deal with it once passed onto courier so that was disappointing.”
