“We are delighted with our Hot Water Urn and doing exactly what we needed it to do :). Unfortunately, the only thing that let you down was the courier service that you used and it took several attempts to get it delivered and your company basically told us you didn't deal with it once passed onto courier so that was disappointing.”

“This is the second my Lee I have purchased. It keeps the room warm at the temperature planned. The only snag I find is that setting the timer and upper/lower temperature is quite complicated.”

“The best heated throw I've had it gets lovely and warm and stays warm due to it being Sherpa I've found even on a cold night that the heat setting number 3 is warm enough to keep you lovely and toasty warm also love the long timer that lets you have it on whatever time you like last of all the safety feature that gives you peace of mind I love this heated throw so much I've bought another for my daughter to love as much as I do”

“The radiator arrived on time. It was easy to hang on the wall and looks good. It puts out a lot of heat in quite a short time. Using it has made our conservatory useable in winter.”

“Quick delivery, easy to install. Instruction booklet leaves a lot to be desired - minute writing and pictures virtually impossible to read. After much fiddling about finally managed to get the smart heater working. Being summer I haven’t tried how all the timings work yet.”

“Purchased the heater ,after changing a boiler and therefore losing the hot water cylinder converting the space into a airing cupboard found the heater exactly as described and after following the easy instructions I am pleased with the result The heater has increased the temperature by 5 degrees centigrade, however this is in the summer and it will be interesting to see the effect in winter which I look forward to.”

“Very pleased with the impact driver - it works very well and was very useful assembling my log summerhouse. I bought the Mylek because the website said it was made in the UK. I could have bought a better specified Chinese model but wanted to support British business so I was disappointed when the retailer said it was imported - hence 4 rather than 5 stars.”
