“not that easy to assemble heat output is rubbish i know it's supposed to be fifty watts but you can put your hand on it and it is only warm not suitable for an airing cupboard i have stopped using it an expensive mistake”

“Bought this dec 2022. Was intrigued by WiFi option. However it doesn't warm my room as quick as the other heaters I've installed for the rest of the house which is ok but now it makes all this clinging and banging noise whilst I'm slwwping that wakes me up cz it sounds like knocking. Disappointed”

“I installed a Mylek tubular heater 55W in our airing cupboard which is 75cm x 50cm x 2m. It gives off quite a low heat, warmth rather, and warms the cupboard to just 16 degrees. We are just a tad disappointed.”

“NO TIMER. The heater does not actually have what most people consider a timer function. You can not set a time so can not set it to come on at a selected time. Misleading list of features are pretty useless. Note you can not power it through a socket timer either. It does produce a good amount of heat and being low to the ground seems to actual help dissipate this heat. Shame as with a timer it would be really good.”

“Radiator arrived but is missing a screw. Cannot put the wheels on properly. Requested additional screws twice. Nothing received. Will return as faulty.”

“It seems like a good heater at a reasonable price, unfortunately I received no instructions, so don't know how to program the timer, I contacted the seller, but have received no reply. Also the packing looked like it was disturbed as if it was a previously returned unit, so maybe that was why the instructions are missing? Radiator good, so far. Seller seems indifferent.”
