I may have missed it on your website but it would be good to assure some level of checks carried out on traders. I wasn’t able to view reviews or any statement from you to confirm the traders are legitimate and experienced/ qualified.
If it is, then manoeuvring on your website should be a lot more user friendly.
I got a good builder but I must say I was apprehensive when going ahead as I didn’t realise it wasn’t checkatrader when I googled it.
