“Really helpful site for working out a reasonable starting point for a quote. Its the main reason I've had problems withother "find a trader"-type sites before because I have no idea what to put in the cost/ budget section. Had a quick response to my ad, able to check some details on line, followed the advice page and asked specifics, job done more than satisfactorily, well pleased!”

“It's useful to have a website where you can advertise your job. Responses were immediate from 3 people, but its irritating that as 2 of them failed to quote, I did not have access to any more quotes as the ad is closed once 3 replies have been received. Luckily the only one who responded with a written estimate was prompt, efficient, and did a good job for a reasonable price, but I think more responses should be received as although people respond, they do not necessarily quote to do the work.”
