“I'm a tradesman! I bought 20 pieces worth over £200 and won one piece that lasted a day! In general, the company decides to return your money or not! I bought a job yesterday, wrote an email to the customer on the website and called him! And the company writes me a message saying that it was necessary to contact the customer because he still wants to do the work! And we cannot return your money! And this is not the first time! I am very unhappy with this website!”

“Had my bedroom furniture fitted by Benjamin Smith. Brilliant service, friendly man that couldn't do more to help, Price was VERY reasonable and job done fast and to an excellent standard. Will be having him back to do other jobs and would definitely recommend Ben for any furniture building.”

“Mike Smith has just completed work for me by replacing my old front garden wall with a very attractive new brick wall using reclaimed bricks. I am delighted with his skills, knowledge, work ethic, and punctuality. The quote for the job was very reasonable and completed within the timeframe. Highly recommend.”

“Delighted to recommend Jason Jarvis Painter & decorator, having quoted for my painting job Jay was brilliant & carried out the work in a first class manor. I am delighted with the first class job he did & he has already given me a provisional quote for my next job. He’s conscientious & hard working. Thanks Jay”

“RIP off company, we signed up for a FREE trial, they charged us and we didn’t want to use the service due to extremely poor quality leads. Most we couldn’t even get hold of the customer. Lots of much better companies with much better balue leads. Save yourselves a fortune and try other companies.”

“This website is used by cowboy builders who use this so called reputable site to generate leads in other words find victims. We expect this website to do checks and validate tradesmen but they don’t. Only use recommendations and do not pay a deposit Make staged payments based on progress. Dont be blackmailed or pressurized by the cowboy builders. Do not use David Weldon of DW services based near Nottingham see the reviews on this website”

“Just used Kemars electrician to fit my lounge ceiling lamps, great job done, and probably the best price, I've been searching a electrician for a while and definitely using Kemars again for kitchen and bathroom, nothing seems too much. Definitely recommend.”

“I have spent nearly £500 trying to get some work from this site, and won a few small jobs I got, did not cover the money I wasted. Most of the time the customers did not respond to my emails, messages or text. I suspect the customers do not exist and it was simply a way to extract cash from tradesmen. I would NOT recommended that tradesmen use this site.”

Helpful Report

“Very happy, quick response. The trademan phoned not long after me requesting someone, came and looked at the job at the time he said. Went off to get part, back, fitted and fixed within 40 minutes. Very impressed”

“Worked really well, usually have to chase tradesmen and rarely get replies. With Myjobquote the tradesmen contact you requesting to quote you for the job, take your pick basically. Happy with the work I had done.”
