“Very disappointed with the quality of the hooded towel that we purchased. It's out first time purchasing from My 1st Years. We did contact the company but clearly they are happy with the quality of product that they sell. For the cost of the towel it's extremely disappointing.

“The product was lovely,but disappointed it wasn’t personalised,I had problems trying to add my grandsons name on the order ,when I pointed this out it wasn’t rectified,it seems no one checks the order the type and colour off the writing was on the order but the name wasn’t,the box and card inside was personalised .It has put me off making another purchase.”

“I ordered a rocking chair and a personalised bible.
The rocking chair arrived without all of the correct screws and the cover around the box for the bible is peeling away and bubbling where it hasn’t been wrapped well.
It’s very disappointing when they’re special gifts and I’d spent a lot of money on them.”

“Box came damaged which I appreciate will be Evri’s fault but spent £80 on a chair for it to come with half the plastic bag fallen off therefore some dirty marks on the product. No padding around the chair to refrain from getting damaged in transit. Happy with the product itself but not with how it has been packed and delivered.”

“Love the advent calendar I ordered but the stocking and sack were both personalised with hideous cheap looking stickers instead of being embroidered. (The advent calendar is also done this way but at least it's small enough to get away with). The title on the listing has the word "embroidered" and the price point is very much in line with embroidery so I feel very mislead. I left reviews on the individual products to warn others but these have been hidden by the company (or weren't visible last time I looked) which again is very misleading for consumers. I would not recommend shopping here, have warned everyone i meet with kids not to and won't be again myself.”

“My 1st experience is sadly not great, the product I bought was OK, the personalisation wasnt as good as I expected and the bag was creased. But the most disappointing thing was the crushed gift box that had been stuffed in a parcel bag and then lack of communication from the company. Such a shame as I loved the look of everything.”
