I ordered a rocking chair and a personalised bible. The rocking chair arrived without all of the correct screws and the cover around the box for the bible is peeling away and bubbling where it hasn’t been wrapped well. It’s very disappointing when they’re special gifts and I’d spent a lot of money on them.

Box came damaged which I appreciate will be Evri’s fault but spent £80 on a chair for it to come with half the plastic bag fallen off therefore some dirty marks on the product. No padding around the chair to refrain from getting damaged in transit. Happy with the product itself but not with how it has been packed and delivered.

Love the advent calendar I ordered but the stocking and sack were both personalised with hideous cheap looking stickers instead of being embroidered. (The advent calendar is also done this way but at least it's small enough to get away with). The title on the listing has the word "embroidered" and the price point is very much in line with embroidery so I feel very mislead. I left reviews on the individual products to warn others but these have been hidden by the company (or weren't visible last time I looked) which again is very misleading for consumers. I would not recommend shopping here, have warned everyone i meet with kids not to and won't be again myself.

My parcel still hasn’t been delivered, I have emailed with no reply. Really disappointed as I’ve always had a good experience up until now. A birthday present ordered to be delivered in time, now nearly a week late.

Good/fast delivery and item is pretty and well-made, but far too small and thus not fit for much use! Would return if it was not personalised. Disappointed!

My 1st experience is sadly not great, the product I bought was OK, the personalisation wasnt as good as I expected and the bag was creased. But the most disappointing thing was the crushed gift box that had been stuffed in a parcel bag and then lack of communication from the company. Such a shame as I loved the look of everything.

I have left a review re the personalised kite I purchased..it wasn't terribly favourable and hasn't appeared as a review of the product. Therefore it does seem a little pointless to leave you a review that won't be used!

I bought a few bits from My 1st Years including some personalised baby chino mugs and a backpack. Whilst the mugs were great, the backpack was extremely disappointing. It had lots of threads loose, it was flimsy, much smaller than expected - and just an overall disappointment. For £32, there are lots of much better options. I bought the backpack to use as my son’s nursery bag; his previous one was gifted to us and has lasted over a year even with all the wear and tear that comes with it being a nursery bag (it was extremely sturdy). With the level of flimsiness of this one in mind, I very much doubt that it will withstand the wear and tear in the same way. Extremely disappointing given the high price tag.

I expected a high quality for the price but was disappointed with the products, especially the mini backpack. Bunny ear was chopped off at the top and there are loose threads.

The wrong product was sent out to me and they refused to send me the right one until I had, at my own cost (until I requested a prepaid label) and inconvenience, packaged back up the wrong product and they had received it back! So the thing I ordered in time for an important event never made it... Their customer services was pretty abysmal it was as if I had sent the wrong product out to myself. I won't be rushing to order from them again which is a shame as they have some nice products.
