“I placed an order on the website for two items totalling £75.00, I did not receive a confirmation. Contacted My 1st Years customer service, they hadn't received the order, one of the items now out of stock, the other still available to order but they refused to honour the discount. Customer service was dreadful, weren't able to give a date for new stock because 'that department' were not answering!
I have used My 1st Years before and the product was good, however as customer service is so poor I wont be ordering again.”

“Unfortunately, the popper broke on the bag with just a few uses. Customer services offered to replace the bag but it was out of stock. Eventually resolved to receive an equivalent bag but it took a few emails as I had a 10% discount code on the original order.
It was a lot of faff, which surprised me given the high prices and brand value but grateful it was resolved. And the rest of the bag seems to be of good quality and never had an issue with the quality of any product before and therefore think 4 stars is fair.”

“I have purchased a number of items in the past from My 1st Years and have always been happy.
However, despite little use (kept at Nanny's house) after one year, 4 months the table top activity centre I purchased broke. The actual leg collapsed when my grandson played with it. After reaching out to My 1st Years, they have kindly offered me a store credit as compensation.
