“Process and delivery were good. I feel like it’s advertised as personalised, there shouldn’t then be an addition fee for it. Also the writing was beautiful but the fur around was covering it a fair bit so had to trim it a little to be able to see it properly”

“The items were good, but the service was not. They failed to honour next day delivery. They did not inform me and when I chased it up, I was not told when it would arrive. They then went on holdiay over Easter, so no information. The package actually arrived a day later, which was not too bad, but the next day delilvery promise was a major reason for my purchase in the first place.”

We also experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than expected, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to meet our normal delivery timelines.
