“Lovely item, was a Xmas present for my granddaughter, so didn't unwrap all the tissue paper inside. Didn't realise there was an issue with one part of the roof until Xmas day. Emailed and explained and got such a quick reply. Express delivery on the replacement and a very happy granddaughter!
I always want to review when a company goes above and beyond. I was happy with the initial transaction, but so pleased with their response to the problem.
Things go wrong, mistakes happen, but it is how a company deal with them that is telling.

“I bought the Paddington Postbox for my little niece. She absolutely loves it! Shes not quite 1 yet but is already posting letters like crazy person! I love that there’s room for it to grow with her as it comes with magnets, chalk and shapes. So, as she grows there are new things for her to do.

“Ordered 3 backpacks for christmas 1 arrived and the other 2 didn’t spoken to customers service and was advised it was delivered and made me go check the Bins for the Brown box for proper and found out it wasn’t delivered and it was only one backpack”
