“I normally love this website for its quality and unique gifts. Unfortunately I purchased a backpack and had the name personalised. Unlike previously bought this one came and the letters are ironed on and not embroidered which isn't clear in the photo. As it's a present couldn't send back but I was embarrassed to give as quality looks like a copy from a cheap site and the name def won't stay on. The bag itself though is lovely such a shame”

In terms of the personalisation method used, the lettering is applied using a heat-transfer process which is designed to be durable and long-lasting when cared for correctly. However, we do appreciate that this may differ from what you were expecting, particularly if you have previously received embroidered items.
