“Very disappointed with the quality of the hooded towel that we purchased. It's out first time purchasing from My 1st Years. We did contact the company but clearly they are happy with the quality of product that they sell. For the cost of the towel it's extremely disappointing.

“The personalised name on the robe was very poorly stitched. The box came ripped in a corner . And the note I’ve asked for came with question marks but I’ve put hearts … this was definitely not checked before printing . I’ve ordered before and everything I recieved was pristine . Not the same quality this time .”

“The product was lovely,but disappointed it wasn’t personalised,I had problems trying to add my grandsons name on the order ,when I pointed this out it wasn’t rectified,it seems no one checks the order the type and colour off the writing was on the order but the name wasn’t,the box and card inside was personalised .It has put me off making another purchase.”
