“Would have given five stars as the item we bought was lovely and much appreciated by its recipient, I also like the gift box products come with. However, it took quite a while to arrive and, most annoyingly, after I had created an account and ordered it, I received an email offering me 10% off my first order! Clearly I was unable to take advantage of this as I had already placed my first order!! Very irritating!”

“I love the jewellery box I ordered. It is pretty, well made and perfect for a little girls christening present. However I was disappointed that both the box the jewellery box was packed in and the personalised gift box I purchased arrived damaged. As this was bought as a gift it rather spoiled it.”
