“Product arrived dirty and ruined. Sent in photos and as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ they offered me £15 voucher on my next purchase (meaning I will only benefit if I spend more money with them). If something arrives ruined you are usually offered a new item or money refunded. Awful customer service”
