I have provided feedback that I think sizes should be under the main heading and the word large is misleading. I don't think I'm alone in thinking a toy box described as large i.e. bigger than a standard toy box would be this small.”

“Products are always fantastic… I order presents very frequently. Normally great service but on this occasion my order has not arrived. It has been delayed with their 3rd Party Courier on multiple stages of the delivery cycle and is still not out for delivery… which is disappointing given my order was over 10 days ago (on the standard 5 day delivery service).”

“Lovely product, very good quality. Only feedback I would provide is to possibly give clearer instructions for the personalised items. This could very well be down to my own understanding though, which is why I have still given full stars.
The item I ordered was a keepsake box, with the image "Baby Williams". As the personalisation only said "name" I assumed to only enter the surname as it would read "Baby *****". Unfortunately, only the surname was printed, without "Baby". It was all fine in the end though as the surname is used as a nickname for the family anyway. Overall, very happy with the product”
