“Pretty disappointed after receiving 3 backpacks that were left outside the house in the rain, soaking wet. All I got back was that I could get a box. Nothing else was done about it. No compensation for the delay it caused to give my presents, no apologies, no contacting the courier company to resolve the issue. Surprised at the level of customer service considering they were not cheap. Won’t be purchasing again.”

“Parcel was delivered outside of the house without knocking or ringing in the nighttime and the next morning it was found by my mother in law who came to visit me and she said that the parcel was soaking wet. Luckily, all items were fine but I definitely won’t order from you again”

“Please keep it lovely, it appears to be going downhill. You,re trying to bring in cheap goods eg safari music box should have been 44 pounds for proper musical box that opens. You cannot buy this anywhere else. Instead I paid budget 24 pounds for something not suitable as a christening present.”

“Unique. , quality , beautiful babies clothing and children’s , I’ve purchased so many items from , bathrobes , dresses , tops , ruck sacks , handbags etc all of which I’ve had personalised , each grandchild , niece , nephew , and friends children have loved their gifts , personalising them makes them extra special , I’ve loved the photos and thank you notes back from them too . The quality is exceptional , such cute designs from penguin robes to princess robes with a crown on top , the long length fleece my niece would not take off she slept in it ( she loved it’s so soft plush warm , cuddly feeling ) I’m going to get a bit sad as the sizes will soon run out after 7 years 😥 if I’m stuck for a gift I go to my first years , always love the beautiful keep sake boxes they come in , carefully wrapped in tissue , a better gift you won’t find , I’m totally honest , I don’t usually leave reviews , trust me you’ll never be disappointed in any of these gifts , boys and girls love them , the happiness they show me makes me so happy too !!”
