“We ordered the activity table and it came beautifully wrapped. Unfortunately one of the pieces had been put in upside down, so I emailed the customer service team to see how we could fix it. They were extremely helpful and replied very quickly, and sent a brand new table top by express delivery, which was amazing. “Service was slower than expected so, although itmes arrived just beofre the necessary date, it was stressful.
The personalised Chair was very well received. The pieces did not quite fit together when assembling it, so it is not quite square and it was too late to do anything about that.
The Christmas stocking was very well received too and was as expected.”
