“I ordered 2 personalised items, one was to be a gift.
Received email from Evri saying parcel has been delayed, then nothing further. When I checked tracking 10 days later parcel was being returned to sender without ever having attempted delivery.
Disappointing and embarrassing that I had to turn up to a party with no gift. Customer service were quick to respond when questioned, but to be offered a replacement or refund is just annoying. Perhaps a better courier is required.”

“Oh, my goodness! Yet again, how beautiful all of these toys are. The quality of each piece is second to none and the personalisation adds to the overall aesthetic of the items. The gift boxes with tissue paper certainly add to what are premium products and I cannot believe how inexpensive the toys are when I can see and touch such good quality. I cannot wait to gift these toys to our grandchildren and to see their faces when they play with them. From order to dispatch was swift. Not a bad word to say about My 1st Years. However, your chosen courier, Evri, lets the side down. Whilst their communication is excellent the actual delivery is far from that. My latest order was left in front of our front door and the garden gate was left wide open. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell or knock on the door. Anyone could have walked up our path and taken the items. At least with the gate shut nobody can see into our property. This is not the first time this has happened.”
