“Packaging wasn’t good , didn’t rap the cloths in tissue and was mixed with bag pack and the cloths didn’t have nice smell . The colour of cardigan wasn’t as shown in the picture and it was a bit dull colour .”

“The bag is lovely but it's quite allot smaller than I imagined, I got the small backpack to replace her changing bag and probably should of gone for the biggger size (my fault for not checking the sizes). I can just about fit a few nappies, a pack of wipes and a change of clothes. I use the 2 bottle holders at the side for a juice cup and bottle which is convenient.
The embroidering on the name is coming undone on one of the letters and I have only used it a handful of times. I can fix this quite easily but thought it was worth mentioning.
Other than that I would recommend, the bag itself is lovely. It is quite expensive but I would probably repurchase!”

“Quality good. Great fabric. Opted to have personalised with initials but hadn’t thought about it being offset if put . after each letter. Would advise using odd number of letters/figures to avoid this when ordering / don’t put second . if doing initials. Annoying because otherwise would be perfect. No fault of seller, just not something I’d considered before ordering and unfortunately does ruin the aesthetic.”
