“Very nice personalised backpack and lunch bag although would have preferred it if the lunch bags personalisation was embroidered the same as the backpack, instead it is stuck on and not sure of its longevity.”

“Toybox bought for our great-grandson and delivered to his address. Our granddaughter hasn't put it together yet but days it looks lovely and good quality. However delivery was appalling. It was delivered to the wrong address and left outside an elderly bedridden women's house in full view. It was not even the same street and our granddaughter had make 2 trips with with her baby son in his pram to collect the 2 parcels.”
