“Ordered the personalised bunny for my granddaughter, bunny is gorgeous but was a bit disappointed the personalisation wasn't embroidered but stuck on lettering ? Hopefully it safe for a baby and doesn't come off”

The personalised lettering is applied using a heated press, which is safe and durable, so it’s perfectly suitable for a baby and won’t come off. If we were to embroider the name, the thread would be visible on the back of the item, which is why we use the heated press method instead.

“I love the quality of my chosen gifts, that were carefully and speedily dispatched.
However my experience was spoilt by the couriers, namely Evri, who misled me when my parcel didn’t arrive. After much stress, searching and following an investigation, my parcel mysteriously arrived without further communication from Evri.

“Piano is so cute and the personalisation just sets it off- bought as a keepsake gift for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday.
I would have given it 5 stars but the keys aren’t great and difficult to play an actual tune, which we thought you would at least be able to do given the price, but aesthetically it’s lovey and will hopefully look beautiful sitting in her room.”

“I've received your items as gifts for the past 11 years so when I had another baby I knew I wanted to get them something personalised and you were my first thought. The products are lovely but I naively didn't look at the dimensions and just assumed, for the price, they would be much bigger than they are. In comparison to the one my eldest has, which is 10 years old, the activity cube is ridiculously small for £49, which I luckily did not pay as it was on offer. It's still beautiful and I'm happy with it, I just wrongly assumed it would be bigger. Check the measurements people!”

“I have used this company a few times and although I have been pleased with the items I have had problems with receiving damaged gift boxes which results in delays but their customer service is very good however I have had another order in the ladt few weeks and again the gift box was damaged and one of the items had marks on it but the customer service was quick to send out replacements however the Evri company have never delivered the replacement order and I am still waiting so I must admit that even although the customer service is good I'm not sure if I would order again as it is quite disappointing and takes away any pleasure of receiving the order as it delays the time to give the baby gift.”
