I have used My 1st Years several times after receiving gifts for my kids, and each time I opted for next-day delivery. I even had one parcel sent to Canada without any issues! However, my most recent order— for which I paid for next-day delivery— did not arrive on the promised day due to the delivery partner’s fault. Additionally, I had requested that the gifts be packed in separate gift boxes, but this request was not fulfilled. Despite these issues, the company handled the situation professionally, and I understand that sometimes things can go wrong. They even offered me credit on my account. Overall, I think they are fantastic, and I’m always pleased with their service and the quality of their items.

Its really lovely items and I have bought a few times as it's such good quality and so pretty! However it's just a bit expensive which is why I've given it 4 stars

Great product , would choose a faster delivery next time . Courier problems but my first years responded quickly and sorted out as was a gift and couldn’t contact recipient. Would use again

The items I’ve ordered were of nice quality and good looking, however the inside frame of the picture frame didn’t fit at all and I had to cut it in order to fit. Something you would not expect to do if you pay £25 for a personalised frame.

Despite my order arriving later than expected the gift was exactly how it appeared on the website. It was good quality and unique and the family loved it. Would recommend purchasing for some unique quality gifts

I have now ordered 3 of the little backpacks which have been embroidered with names. The font is different on each, perhaps I would have preferred a nicer colour on the boys safari backpack as it is a tan colour which I find drab and not in keeping with design. Unfortunately I ordered 2 at the same time which were sent in the same box so I now have to purchase another gift box as they are obviously for different recipients. The backpacks are lovely and appear to be good quality.

I have ordered my first years many times over the past few years & have always found it fantastic- however this time I ordered a doll and personalised box - the doll was perfect. The box was way too big for the doll, it was damaged & also had Borthday on it instead of birthday -which was disappointing so I couldn’t use it in the end after paying extra for it

The products I ordered were great. But I have to say that I have had to unsubscribe your emails - you send far too many - I placed my order, got my products I do not want to be bombarded about points earned, products I might like etc etc.

The denim bucket hat arrived beautifully packaged, the quality was incredible and the personalisation stitching was spot on. The only gripe, 0-2 years is a huge size gap, my 3 month old is very likely going to need to wait for next summer before she can style it out in the sun.

Love the bags and lunch bag. Only small thing is that there is only one zip for the main pockets. I find it’s always better to have two zips for each side

This was bought as a new baby arrival present & was sent direct to them. I have not seen it so I can’t comment on quality etc but I hope it is good & the mum & new baby like it.

The rucksack is beautiful. Really well made. Sadly the gift box was smashed flat! Shame because it's so nice and perfect to use as a gift box.

I bought two backpacks, they turned out lovely just as described. But I bought two as gifts for two different people so I had ordered two gift boxes, order came later than expected and in one box that was a little battered/torn. Apart from that the product itself is good.

I truly do love the look of the products 😍 and I think the quality is good, however this is the second time I purchased the personalised backpack and lunchbag, and unfortunately the smell is very strong. This time around it smells like petrol 🤷‍♀️ so inevitably You want to wash them and sadly they to fray a lot once washed.

I love the luxury boxes with the personalised message inside. Although the boxes are scuffed on the fold which is a shame. I did send an email but the email was returned. I’m not sure about the clothing I bought as the boxes were sealed so I haven’t looked at it.
