“I haven’t recieved my items yet even though I paid for next day delivery. Really disappointing as they were for a 1st birthday gift which was last week. I was offered half the delivery cost back which I found a little insulting!
Such a shame as the site has lovely things on which I would have no doubt used again in the future had my experience been different.”

“The farm shape sorter toy and book seemed lovely but I was really disappointed that the my first years green box it was sent with was too small for the items?? As this was a gift I did not want to unpack the toy from the original packaging and have never been expected to do that with any other purchase to try get it to fit. Was such a shame.”

“I truly do love the look of the products 😍 and I think the quality is good, however this is the second time I purchased the personalised backpack and lunchbag, and unfortunately the smell is very strong. This time around it smells like petrol 🤷♀️ so inevitably You want to wash them and sadly they to fray a lot once washed.”
