“To be brutally honest I think the mobile I purchased from you was misrepresented.
I looked at three or four on eBay and Amazon, yours seemed to have characters with more vibrant colouring,in particular the Tigger which is depicted a deep orange.your mobile was a lot more expensive than the others but I was willing to pay more for quality.
I was extremely disappointed when I opened it to discover it was exactly the same brand and packaging as all the cheaper versions I had rejected. I had no time to send back as it was a present.”

“I ordered a backpack and paid for next day delivery as we are going away. The wrong backpack came.
