“The service from My 1st Years was very good. It's a shame they are let down by the courier they choose to use. The product was dispatched very quickly, but unfortunately delivered to a completely wrong address by the courier. My 1st Years were extremely helpful and were able to track down the address they had actually delivered to. Finally received the order and overall very happy. 😃”

“Speedy delivery and an easy website to navigate. I have bought many presents over the years from My 1st Years and they have always been loved. The decoration I bought is a lovely keepsake for a friends child but it wasn't as good a quality of print as I was expecting, further to this my blue gift box had a tear on the crease. The farm yard and book seemed to be in good condition though.”
