“I have a complain and i need someone to reply as soon as possible
I have ordered 4 gifts and added in the bag to get 4 boxes.. what I got is one box with all the things… how can this happen?? This is not acceptable… I ask you to send 3 more boxes cause this is for a gift and I don’t accept to give people that way without any good arrangement…”

“I ordered 2 personalised items, one was to be a gift.
Received email from Evri saying parcel has been delayed, then nothing further. When I checked tracking 10 days later parcel was being returned to sender without ever having attempted delivery.
Disappointing and embarrassing that I had to turn up to a party with no gift. Customer service were quick to respond when questioned, but to be offered a replacement or refund is just annoying. Perhaps a better courier is required.”
