They ignore email complaints and then continue to email from a no reply account.

I ordered a personalised wooden dolls pram for my Granddaughter which had a few problems when it arrived.
I contacted Aleksandra at customer service to tell her about the problems.

The problems were sorted straight away, I have to say the customer service is second to none!
The wooden pram is beautifully made and I know my Granddaughter will love it.
