“i've given this 0 purely because of the delivery. Didn't realised you used Evri or i wouldn't have orderd it. I ordered it on the Monday, paid extra for next day delivery (which I'd like back.please) They delivered it at 8.20 on Wednesday evening, left it in next door's shed where it was discovered on Thursday afternoon, as they didn't leave any correspondence as to where it was. I can't recommend anyone who uses Evri.”

“Ordered a gift for my god daughter and paid for next day delivery. The delivery was 7 days late and the box was damaged when delivered. I was reimbursed the £4 which was paid for next day delivery, but overall disappointed with the level of service.”

“The products are great, but I find your site difficult to navigate and use. I had added a bag to my second order which didn't register at all, and now am without one for the second child and they (and their parents) will receive their presents together. Although I have received several emails about a 15% discount for a second order, I didn't receive this for my second one, nor did I see anywhere where I could cliam it. Not encouraging, I'm afraid.....”

“Products very good but communication is poor. Emailed on three separate occasions regarding order to only receive an automated reply after the first email and no further correspondence. No answer from repeated phone calls to “help desk”.”
