“Ordered a personalised bead maze which arrived with the outer box half open and a chip in the wooden base. Contacted Customer Services immediately, submitted photos that I had taken before opening the box and then of the damage. A personalised replacement was received the following day in time for the child's first birthday. Excellent Customer Service and the gift was well received by child and parents. This was my first time using this comany and I have not been put off, quite the opposite. Lovely item will use this company again for sure.”

“I needed a birthday present for a little girl quickly and I ordered the personalised bunny clock which arrived the next day as I paid extra for next day delivery. I was astonished at the size of the box and when I opened it I saw that the gift box was huge. I could not use the gift box as I needed to post the item on to the recipient. The box was very nice and was free so I will save it for something else. The service was excellent . The gift looked lovely although I did not open the box of wooden numbers etc. I have not heard so assume they were ok. Had to put some extra tissue in the box the clock was in before I posted it on as the box of numbers was rattling around. Would buy from this company again.”

“My 1st years is the first place I go for a special present for a new baby or birthday. This abacus is very sweet and something my nephew can keep and use for a long time.
My only complaint is not being able to change the font for the personalisation. As his name begins with 'I' (i) and also has as 'l' , they look like the same letter they look the same as you can see here too.”
