“My items were despatched and arrived very quickly. The whole process was very smooth, with plenty of emails to let me know how my order was received and then processed. The clothes were well packaged. A very reliable company you can trust. I have ordered many items over the years and the service is always excellent.”

“I love this company! Being able to buy the Chosen Freja fulfilled my wish for my dream doll! She is exquisite. Being a Scandinavian cat lover, her name has special significance for me; in Norse mythology, the goddess Freja had a pair of cats that pulled her chariot. She is my favorite doll--those blue eyes and that brown hair and that sweet Steiff-Gunzel mold --and such a perfect outfit! Thank you so much for her. And for Angelika, and Rosie as well. You have great customer service and it's a pleasure to do business with you.”

“I am very satisfied with my purchases made at My Doll Best Friend. I bought several dolls, including Gotz, which I collect. There is excellent communication with the seller. The shipping costs are reasonable, and the delivery super fast. I recommend this shop for its seriousness.”

“I have Maru dolls and enjoy looking for outfits and accessories, and maybe a new friend for them one day. But what on Earth has happened to the website lately? Nearly impossible to navigate. Really awful. Hence 3 instead of 5 stars.”
