“J'achète à ce magasin depuis de nombreuses années et j'ai toujours eu un bon service. Dernièrement, j'ai eu la malchance d'acheter deux poupées Gotz Happy Kidz qui tiennent mal debout malgré qu'elles soient faites pour cela: je les collectionne depuis 15 ans et il y a un problème évident d'élastiques. Il y a ici une baisse générale de la qualité de ces poupées Gotz pour laquelle on ne peut pas blâmer le magasin. J'ai cependant une question: puisqu'ils offrent l'envoi à l'International, ne devraient-ils pas être équipés pour reprendre les poupées défectueuses, tel que le font certains magasins pour ces mêmes poupées? Ils m'ont mis en contact avec Gotz dont le processus semble pénible, à commencer par le renvoi à nos frais pour que la poupée soit évaluée... Autant dire qu'après avoir payé si cher ces poupées, on se sent mal de payer encore! Je donne donc 4 étoiles pour cette raison mais cote 8/10”

We would like to reply to your review because we are a bit confused. Here you are saying that we would not take back dolls - but we have never said this to you. "J'ai cependant une question: puisqu'ils offrent l'envoi à l'International, ne devraient-ils pas être équipés pour reprendre les poupées défectueuses, tel que le font certains magasins pour ces mêmes poupées?" If you are referring to the doll in the Facebook group - we have been denied it! We asked for it back - at our cost. We would like to get it back to see it. We did not put you in touch with Gotz. "Ils m'ont mis en contact avec Gotz dont le processus semble pénible". As the retailer your sales contract is with us and therefore you will only talk to us about your purchases. This is the same for the person in the Facebook group. Hopefully this is clear, and to all reading it, if anyone has any questions please contact us directly. Thank you. Customer Service Team

“I absolutely love this site/shop. It’s allowed me to quickly access dolls mostly originating in USA without huge delivery costs and waiting times. Delivery is cheap and quick and there are a range of ways to make payments including in instalments. I’ve recommended the site to other doll collectors”

“Buying from My Doll Best Friend is a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, all my doll related purchases have to be on-line. MDBF is a very easy website to navigate. Prices are shown in my currency so I know exactly how much I will pay. I know the item I receive will be perfect and will arrive at its destination as quickly as possible.”

“The ordering and delivery were just fine. But the doll was SO much whiter than could be seen in the photos online -- close to albino. My daughter decided not to give it to her daughter because it was so extreme. So, not happy with the product itself.”

Dear Nora, Some dolls, and some children, are fair. We search for dolls that represent children. This is one of the paler complexion dolls we sell, as shown in the website photo of Callie. Here is a photo that shows a good likeness of the doll with a happy child who has even proudly styled herself in bunches to match the doll's appearance. She has dressed similarly and even wears a little red bag like the doll. “Beautiful, well made, very realistic looking baby dolls. I bought one for each of my granddaughters, and they love them, they carry them around everywhere, and particularly like the fact that they cry, and have a dummy which pacifies them.”

“An excellent store. A great place to get the very best dolls that are not ordinarily found in general toy stores. Also a great place to source collectors dolls and limited editions. Delivery is always very prompt. Goods are always delivered in pristine condition having been meticulously packed.”
