“Excellent! I have purchased several items from MDBF and have never been disappointed. All have arrived in great condition and are of high quality. Very easy ordering and check out. I like that you can see previous orders on their website. The free knitting patterns are also a bonus. Wonderful selection of merchandise and most in stock. Quick response to questions. “Delivery by UPS was oké, but it will be the last time an order a chosen doll because the import taxes to NL is €65 which makes the doll more expensive unfortunately.”

“I am a buyer from Greece. I am thrilled that you decided to send your beautiful dolls to Greece and you are doing an excellent job in terms of shipping time and packaging.Those who made me mad were the UPS courier who asked me for duties for two dolls of 95 euros in two packages 84 euros for each package, 84X2, while I know well from purchases through the post office that these costs are 30 euros for each package, 30X2 i.e.30% on the price of the product. So I would like to request you to send the things by mail with tracking number and even better all your dolls are in your other store in eu.Many Thanks.”
