“My first intro to MCC was actually the last call I wanted to pick up because I was exhausted from calling a few finance companies and being disheartened by the rates and options. I thought I won't be able to get the car I want... but then Jack completely turned this around simply by not being a hard salesmen but almost like a friend I was venting to. He took every step to answer all my questions and explain things without ever making me feel rushed or daft. By the end of the call I felt nothing by happiness and relief that I FINALLY found the right people!!! From then on Leah came into the picture and despite the number of calls, messages and emails I've sent her she never once failed to get back to me and reassure me of every step of the process. So to both of you I say thank you. Thank you for being the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for service. Thank you for your kindness. I've always said that successful businesses invest in the right people. And MCC delivered. I can't be loud enough. I'm one mobile very chuffed customer!!! Yay!!! Ps.
